Director of Performance | Finance | Digital

I am currently working with a global company who are searching for a Director of Performance to support the enterprise-wide transformation in rationalising their product sales and services, alongside supporting their overall reorganisation. This will be a senior role and will involve reporting directly into the CFO. This role will involve the adjustment not only of their operations and finance departments but how they actually allocate OKRs, KPIs and PNL's. This is a role of high visibility so will require someone with extensive experience in this remit.

This is an interim position with the outlook of going perm.

Details:

Position: Director of Performance

Rate: Competitive

IR35 Status: Outside

Location: Southeast

Work model: Hybrid.

Start date: Early June

Length: 6 months (Interim)

Expectations:

  • Proven experience working at Director level for complex multinational organisations.
  • Proven experience working on Productivity of a company; determining (KPIs/OKRs)
  • Proven experience working for a company undergoing reorganisation.
  • Knowledge of Product Software or Hard Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SAP (financial management) and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience working on large digital implementation programmes.
  • Proven experience working in telco, manufacturing or automotive.
  • Proven experience reporting into C-Suite for large corporations.
  • Proven experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.
