Azure Modernization Consultant - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Azure Modernization Consultant for a 6-month contract based in Paddington, London. This role requires onsite presence once a week. As an Azure Modernization Consultant, you will play a critical role in transforming our existing Azure VMs into a native solution. You will lead the project from end to end, working closely with stakeholders and supporting the team in deploying their applications in a native Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on, guiding member of a techno-functional team. In this role you will work closely with the stakeholders in understanding application & infra requirements, analysing approaches towards an optimal hosting solution and building it successfully with the agile squads. You will sell the architecture vision to stakeholders and come up with migration & modernisation strategies.
• Convert the high-level requirements into a complete solutions architecture that the development team can implement.
• Transition the project to the development/build team, explain the design and remain available to address questions or problems that arise during implementation

What You will Ideally Bring:

• Microsoft Azure Expertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS features.
• Modernization Programs: Previous experience working on large-scale modernization programs with Azure Cloud.
• Azure IaaS: Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS (Virtual Machines).
• Azure App Services: Experience with the Azure App Service Model.
• Azure Storage Services: Proficient with Azure storage services like SQL.

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Paddington/Remote
• Day Rate: Up to £575 Per Day (Inside IR35)
