Position: Commercial Office-Based Electrician

Location: Welwyn Garden City
Rate:£24.43 - £30.00 PAYE with holiday pay or £27 - £33.17 UMB an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs in office buildings.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and office management to address electrical issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

• Certified electrician with relevant qualifications and licences.
• Proven experience in commercial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
