Customer Service Administrator, based in Stockport, immediate starting, min 3 month FTC

This successful and well-established business is looking for a customer service administrator to join their team. They're a well-known business and very successful in their field and industry.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, which includes handling queries via phone and email, processing orders, providing updates to customers regarding delivery, arranging returns, raising credits and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You are immediately available for work and are able to commit to a minimum of 3 months FTC. Your previous experience working in a customer service and order processing role will help you succeed in this role. You have great customer service skills, along with great attention to detail and organisation. You can work well to tight deadlines and can work under pressure. You're proactive in your approach and happy to help.

What you'll get in return
