Organization CVMC/ Woodridge Position Title LNA/Phlebotomist Department Woodridge POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LNA/Phlebotomist position is responsible for phlebotomy specimen collections in all areas of Woodridge. He/She will serve as a mentor to all other phlebotomy staff by assisting in training and mentoring, according to CVMC policies and procedures.
